低合金方管顧名思義,它是種用Q345B(低合金材質(zhì))鋼帶方形體的管型,Q345B材質(zhì)是替代16Mn 標(biāo)準(zhǔn),16Mn是舊國標(biāo)GB/T1591-1988中的低合金高強(qiáng)度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼的牌號,新國標(biāo)GB/T1591-1994中的牌號為Q345(Q345有5個質(zhì)量等級,Q345A~Q345E),Q345A對應(yīng)美國ASTM的牌號是Gr·50。很多種材質(zhì)的物質(zhì)都可以形成方管體,它介質(zhì)于,干什么用,用在什么地方,大多數(shù)方管以鋼管為多數(shù),多為結(jié)構(gòu)方管,裝飾方管,建筑方管等.16Mn是一種鋼管的材質(zhì)。Mn代表的是這種材質(zhì)的屈服,另一種,就是在Q345左右。并會隨著材質(zhì)的厚度的增加而使其屈服值減小。 Q345系列矩形管有Q345A,Q345B,Q345C,Q345D,Q345E等級區(qū)分,所代表的主要是沖擊的溫度有所不同而矣!Q345A級,是不做沖擊;Q345B級,是20度常溫沖擊;Q345C級,是0度沖擊;Q345D級,是-20度沖擊;Q345E級,是-40度沖擊。在不同的沖擊溫度,沖擊的數(shù)值也有所不同。在板材里,屬低合金系列。在低合金的材質(zhì)里,此種材質(zhì)為*普通的。Q345矩形方管過去的一種叫法為:16Mn矩形管
